ROWS TO CIRCLES | At DCV, we want to see people move “from rows to circles” by forming deeper relationships. Our Community Groups are one way to do that!
At DCV there are lots of opportunities to SERVE. These groups are open to anyone to join.
Jesus said, "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." As with most things, getting better at something takes practice - learning the basics, repeating them regularly and growing in our competency. We think that people need Practice in their spiritual lives as well and have created a few groups or classes to help with some of the basics - Community, Spiritual Habits, Financial Management, Marriage & Parenting - just to name a few.
Love Where You Live! A neighborhood is a geographically localized community within a larger city, town, suburb or rural area. Neighborhoods are often social communities with considerable face-to-face interaction among members. As we seek to take Jesus command to Love Our Neighbor, it helps to know who lives around us. DCV has identified nine "neighborhoods" that we draw from (not exclusively) and have designated them as Neighborhood Communities.
